What Fundora built
Full site built in Webflow and deployed to Cloudflare Workers. Covers coaching programs, client results, and application flow. Currently being migrated to Cloudflare Pages + GitHub for version control and faster iteration.
Typeform intake form integrated across all CTAs on the site. Prospective clients apply directly through the site — no DMs, no manual qualification. Application routes to coach for review.
Active upgrade scope includes three new content sections and a WhatsApp direct CTA replacing existing form-only paths. Migration from Workers to Pages completes the version-controlled deployment pipeline.
Before/after client transformations and coaching testimonials used as primary social proof. Real client photography integrated — not stock imagery.

Karlo Martinez Fitness is Fundora's first paid client. Initial site was built and deployed as a beta engagement. The system is live, the intake flow is active, and an upgrade scope is currently in execution — adding new sections, activating a WhatsApp CTA, and migrating the deployment pipeline to Pages + GitHub.
This is the model Fundora is built on: deploy the system, then iterate it. Not a one-time handoff.
